Roberts and Co has a number of new additions following the recent Holden Grand Masters awards. The successful Holden dealership has received recognition at the awards for many years, with a handful of staff members gaining multiple honours. Each year the awards recognise outstanding Holden dealerships across the country highlighting sales excellence, customer service, aftersales delivery, training and other quality measures across all areas of the business. This year, seven O.G. Roberts staff members were awarded at the ceremony held at Adelaide Oval this month. Simon Phillips won the national service manager of the year award while Stacy Fiegert won his fourth consecutive national accountant of the year award. In the service department, Matt Kuchel, Shayne Whennan and Catherine Kilsby were recognised as the national service advisor team of the year. The trio have a growing collection of awards and received another for five years continuous achievement. Parts manager Kym Sykes picked up his third South Australian rural parts manager of the year award at the event. Holden product manager Daryl Hillier gained achiever status in his new car sales role while Matt Cox also gained achiever status as the dealership’s used car sales consultant. O.G. Roberts as a whole was once again recognised as a Holden Grand Masters dealership for the fourth time in five years. Dealer principal Bryce Roberts said he was proud of his hard working staff. “I am very proud of the O.G. Roberts staff who go above and beyond to achieve superior results in every facet of the business,” he said. “The awards are an achievement for which they should be incredibly proud.” He said the business was well supported by Mount Gambier and surrounding districts. “I would like to thank our loyal customers for their ongoing support over the years, without which we would not have such success,” Mr Roberts said.
