The company's myFord Capped Price Servicing program has now been extended up to seven years and 135,000 km, whichever occurs first. This is up from six years and 105,000 km. The program includes the recently launched Ford EcoSport and Transit Custom van, as well as the range of Ford vehicles. Apart from the improved CPS program, the service has now also been extended to include brake pad replacements. The Capped Price Brake* program provides a maximum rate (fitted price) for brake pad replacement. The Capped Price Brake* program offers: • Genuine front brake pads $259*^ • Genuine rear brake pads $219*^ • Genuine rear brake pads for Falcon and Territory $259*^ • Rotor machining at $88^ Ford customers can also take advantage of Ford's new Auto Club Program at participating dealers. Ford has partnered with each State's auto clubs, the RACV, RACT, RACQ, AANT, RAA, NRMA and RAC, to provide this service. As part of the Auto Club Program, customers purchasing a new vehicle at participating dealers will receive 12-months' free State Auto Club Membership in their State (excluding FPV and Transit Custom). The Auto Club Program also provides access to member benefits all-year round. "The addition of the Auto Club Program is another customer-focused offering that Ford owners will enjoy," Ford Australia General Manager, Customer Service Division, Stephen Kruk, said. "Customers expect this level of certainty from their dealers and we're happy to say that since it was introduced in July 2011, the program has been very well received by our customers." The level of service retention -- those customers returning to Ford dealers -- increased by 13,000 in 2013, as a direct result of the myFord Capped Price Servicing program. myFord Capped Price Servicing is available on all Ford vehicles built from 2007 and has been building trust within Ford's customer base while delivering a commitment from the company to Go Further. Ford owners can go to the Ford website and know the maximum amount they will pay for a logbook service up to seven years or 135,000km, whichever occurs first, no matter which participating Ford dealer they use. The website provides customers with the maximum price they will pay for a standard A or B logbook service for an eligible vehicle at a participating authorised Ford dealer and now includes the new EcoSport SUV and Ford Transit Custom. Ford vehicles eligible include: • Fiesta -- WQ, WS, WT • Focus -- LS, LT, LV, LVII • Mondeo -- MA, MB, MC • Falcon -- BF, BF FPV, BF MkII, BF MkII FPV, BF MkIII, FG, FG FPV, FG MkII, FG MkII FPV • Escape -- ZD, ZC • Econovan -- JH • EcoSport -- BK • FordKuga--TE,TF • Territory -- SY, SY F6X, SY MkII • Ranger -- PJ, PK, PX • Transit -- VM Ford dealers use genuine Ford parts as part of the logbook service and only Ford dealers use Ford-designed diagnostic equipment, and have technicians who undertake training from Ford Motor Company specifically designed for Ford vehicles. As part of the program the records from all logbook services undertaken by a Ford dealer will be recorded in the Ford computer system. This will allow all dealers to view on line the logbook service history irrespective of which authorised Ford dealer serviced the vehicle.
